Project inquiries
We use the contact details, project description, budget range, preferred business email, domain details, payment preference and delivery timeframe and reference links or files you provide to review your inquiry and discuss services with you. Do not submit passwords, payment-card information or sensitive personal documents.
Retention
Inquiries that are not converted into client records are deleted after seven days. Their private reference files are also removed by scheduled cleanup. If an inquiry becomes a client, we retain the associated contact and project information to provide services and maintain billing records.
Service providers
The website is hosted on Vercel. Records and account access are managed through Supabase. Cloudflare Turnstile checks public submissions for spam and abuse. Email uses our Hostinger mailbox. These providers process the information needed to perform their services.
Payments
Square handles card payments and client-authorized recurring payments through hosted checkout or secure Square payment fields. Full card numbers and security codes are entered directly into Square fields and are not stored by JR WebCore. We retain provider references, card brand and last four digits, agreed billing terms, authorization name and time, and billing status to administer the authorized service. A future-start authorization states the monthly amount and first billing date before the client agrees. Selecting a payment preference on the inquiry form does not create a charge.
Project updates
We keep project stages, delivery dates, checklists and progress history to provide the agreed services. Client updates may be sent to the contact email; internal team notes are not included in those messages.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask about your inquiry or request correction or deletion of your contact information. Some records may need to be retained for ongoing services or billing obligations.
